2. These Terms
By accessing or using the Site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version will always be available on this page.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Products and Pricing
All product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee that colours or details displayed on your screen are exact. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
5. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance by sending you an order confirmation email. A legally binding contract is formed at the point we dispatch your order. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
6. Delivery
We dispatch all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders over £30 qualify for free delivery within the UK. Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed by us. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
7. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at slabsafeuk@gmail.com or 07712 576782 with your order details. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation. You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return postage. Goods must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
8. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account. We do not refund original shipping costs on change-of-mind returns.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days at slabsafeuk@gmail.com. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
SlabSafe products are designed to provide supplementary protection for trading cards and collectibles. We do not guarantee that our products will prevent all damage to your cards, and we accept no liability for any damage to, depreciation of, or loss of value of any cards or collectibles stored in or used with our products, howsoever caused.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of value of any collectible items.
Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the price you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by Royal Mail or any other third-party carrier.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. It is your responsibility to ensure goods are returned to us securely and via a tracked service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of PRITCHPSD LTD or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
