Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Method

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, giving you full tracking on every order.

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed by us.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Free Shipping

All orders over £30 qualify for free shipping. Orders under £30 are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your parcel at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of dispatch, please email us at slabsafeuk@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it for you.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address after placing an order, email us as soon as possible at slabsafeuk@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
